Lost N Found (Lyrics) Am I lost or am I found My mind playin' tricks on me Am I lost or am I found My mind playin' tricks on me Came to the crossroads, just sat down Blind to every sign I see Up ahead the midnight run Lookin' back I'm bound to lose Up ahead the midnight run Lookin' back I'm bound to lose East and west I've had my fun And I found the low down blues My friend Black Velvet came to me He whispered in my other ear My friend Black Velvet came to me Whispered in my other ear My boy do not forget I set you free Just sit tight, I'll wait right here I been 'round the block a time or two Easy come and easy go Been 'round the block a time or two Easy come and easy go Ya think by now I'd have clue Take which road, hell I don't know My friend told me the other night Gonna have to let it go My friend told me the other night Gonna have to let it go Woke up next mornin' man - he was right Picked myself up, headed on home So am I lost or am I found My mind playin' tricks on me Am I lost or am I found My mind playin' tricks on me Came to the crossroads, just sat down...

about

This album is a loose anthology - not necessarily chronological - of the life and times, spanning approximately 50 years, from my beginnings as a nine year old flamenco guitar wonder kid (at least in my own mind) up through the present moment as a recording artist and spiritual artistic coach.

During this span I did my small town high school gym dances thing, my on-the-road/no mailing address - sex/drugs/rock-n-roll decade of the 70's thing, my 30+ years as a professional business guy with music and bands on the side thing, and my start and continuation down a spiritual path experience which I can't really call a "thing".

This album is in progress with songs being added as they are completed. Some songs were written early on, most are later works.

I want to give special thanks to the members of Common Ground (2006-2013), the best hippest group of people I ever collaborated with. Most of the songs on this album were performed live extensively in this group. The arrangement and "feel" of this material has so much to do with the contributions made by Lance V.B., Mike (Daddy G.), Doug Outt, Lorin H., and Mike C. - all superb musicians and cool human beings. Thank you guys, for helping to make these songs what they are today.
